# FAQ

**What if MagicMirror does not have the Solidity compiler version that is required for my smart contract?**

In the same directory as the MagicMirror executable, there should be a folder called *linux\_solc*. This is the directory where MagicMirror stores the different versions of Solidity compilers. You can go to this [page](https://github.com/ethereum/solidity/tags), download the compiler you need, and put it in the directory.
